CELTIC
MYTHS & SYMBOLS |
Triskellion
Triskellion
designs are to be found throughout all Celtic art, mythology,
and sacred symbolism. They are identified with the sacred
number three, a trinity that is the Goddess as Mother/ Maiden/
Crone, later becoming the Christian Trinity of Father/ Son/
Holy Ghost
or Spirit. It is also identified with the eternal circle
of time and life’s transformation from birth, life,
into death, and then rebirth.
